Size exchange

Exchange any unworn item with its tags within 7 days of delivery. Request it from My Account → Returns, or call us.

Damaged or wrong item

Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.

Not exchangeable

• Jewellery and earrings, for hygiene reasons.
• Items that have been worn, washed or altered.
